Stop paying 10X more
for electricity than you should.
How much will you pay your electric company over the next 25 years? For most California homeowners it's hundreds of thousands of dollars — money you'll never get back. So why replace one rising bill with another?
Three paths. Same 25 years.
Enter your bill and ZIP. We size a real system from our actual price list — Hyundai 440W panels with Tesla Powerwall 3 — and show what each path costs you.

Estimates use our real package pricing (Hyundai 440W + Tesla Powerwall 3) and average local rates — but they're still estimates, not a quote. Final design and price come from a free Home Energy Assessment. We build to about 140% of what you use today, with room for an EV or a heat pump later. That covers your energy charges outright — what stays is the utility's fixed monthly charge and the non-bypassable charge on power you still draw at night.
All three columns assume utility rates rise 7% a year. That is a forward-looking assumption rather than a measured average: California's realized 25-year figure is nearer 4.5%, the last decade compounded at 6.7%, and wildfire liability and mitigation costs are still being loaded onto rates. Our Buyer's Guide sets out the full reasoning and shows you what the numbers look like on other assumptions.
The four things a lease quietly costs you.
Two bills, not one
A lease rarely covers all your usage. You get a lease payment AND a utility bill — and both go up every single year.
The escalator clause
Most leases raise your payment automatically, often around 2.9% a year. The savings you were shown on day one quietly shrink for 25 years.
A contract on your house
The agreement follows the property. When you sell, your buyer has to qualify for and assume it — or you buy out the contract to close.
You own nothing
After 25 years of payments, the system on your roof still isn't yours. No asset, no added home value, nothing to hand down.
Don't sign anything until you know:
- Is the system actually large enough?
- Will it cover your future electrical needs?
- Is a battery required?
- Will it perform the way you were promised?
- Are you overpaying?
- Would a lease or PPA cost you tens of thousands more over time?
Our goal isn't to sell you solar.
It's to help you own the right system.
Before we recommend anything, we engineer your system around your home — your actual energy use, your roof, and even your future plans, like an electric vehicle or an addition. Solar and battery are designed together, to perform for 25+ years.

Engineered, not templated
Sized to your last 12 months of usage and what's coming next — not a package off a truck.
$0-down ownership
Financing that ends in you owning the asset. If qualifying is the hurdle, talk to us before you consider a lease.
25% Discount Program
The federal tax credit may be gone, but eligible homeowners can ask about our Tax Credit Replacement discount.
Here in 25 years
Three generations, same family, same phones. Our warranty is only as good as the company behind it.
Run the math before anyone asks for a signature.
Run your own numbers first. Sixty seconds with your bill gets you a real system design and what ownership costs against twenty-five years of somebody else's payments - then a real human follows up.
