Two kinds of homeowner

Which one are you?

We look after both — the systems we built, and the ones somebody else walked away from.

What we actually do

If it's on your roof, we can fix it.

Every visit starts the same way: we find out what your system is really producing before we touch anything.

Full system diagnostic

Production testing, string checks, and a plain-English report on what your system should be making versus what it is.

Inverter repair & replacement

The single most common failure point, and the one most abandoned homeowners are quoted absurd prices for.

Panel repair & replacement

Cracked, delaminated, or dead panels swapped and matched to your existing array.

Monitoring set back up

Reconnect or replace the monitoring so you can actually see your production again.

Battery add-ons

Add storage to an existing array so an outage stops being your problem.

Roof work & panel removal

Remove and reset for a re-roof, or fix the flashing an earlier crew got wrong.

Warranty claims

Manufacturer warranties often outlive the installer. We chase the claim on your behalf.

Tune-ups & cleaning

Inland dust, coastal salt air and wildfire ash all quietly cut production. A scheduled clean pays for itself.

System rescue

Tell us what's going on.

Three quick questions. No pressure, no obligation — and a real person from our Apple Valley office follows up.

Step 1 of 3: Who installed your system?

Who installed your system?

Roughly when was it installed?
Is there a battery?

Why we can say yes

Most solar companiesdon't outlive the warranty.

We've been answering the same phones since 1970 — three generations of the same family, our own crews, our own license. That's the only reason we can promise to look after a system we didn't sell you.

Our crews, not subcontractors

The people on your roof are on our payroll and carry our license. No subcontractor roulette.

We are still here in 10 years

Fifty-plus years in the same market, same family, same phone number. Longevity is the whole product.

We'll tell you the truth

Sometimes the honest answer is that a repair isn't worth it, or that your system is fine. We'll say so.

Nearly every solar horror story we hear starts the same way: a lease, a PPA, or an installer who disappeared.

Questions we get every week

Straight answers.

Yes. Any brand, any age, any original installer — including companies that have gone out of business. It is one of the most common calls we take.

Not necessarily. The workmanship warranty from a defunct installer is usually unenforceable, but the manufacturer warranties on your panels, inverter and battery often run 10 to 25 years and survive the installer. We identify what is still covered and file the claim for you.

That is the first thing we measure. We test actual production against what your array should be making for its size, orientation and the time of year, then show you the gap in plain English.

Call us and we'll quote it before we schedule — no surprises. If the fix is straightforward we'll often tell you over the phone rather than send a truck.

Yes. We remove, store and reinstall the array, and we'll flag any flashing or penetration work the original crew got wrong while the roof is open.

Usually. It depends on your inverter and panel count. We'll tell you honestly whether adding storage makes sense on your existing array or whether you're better off waiting.

Let's get it looked at.

Send us the details or just call. Either way you're talking to the same family that has been doing this since 1970.
