$0 down.And you own it.
There are two ways to put solar on a roof with nothing out of pocket. One of them hands you a second bill that climbs every year and leaves you owning nothing. We only do the other one — real ownership financing, with a payment that ends.

Every one of themends with you owning it.
Cash, financed, or our prepaid PPA â every one of them ends with you owning the system. Pick the monthly number that suits you; we earn the same either way.
$0-down ownership loan
Nothing out of pocket at signing. A fixed monthly payment takes the place of most of what you were already handing the utility, and unlike that bill it has a last payment.
You own the system, the production and the equity from day one.
Cash or home equity
If the money is available this is simply the cheapest way to do it — no finance charge, the fastest payback, and the shortest distance between paying for power and stopping.
The 25% Discount Program applies here exactly the same way.
The 25% Discount Program
With the federal credit gone, eligible homeowners get twenty-five percent taken directly off the price instead. No filing, no waiting for a refund, no hoping your tax situation cooperates.
It is applied before you ever see a proposal, not after you ask.
What we don't do.
We have never sold a conventional lease or PPA, and we never will. Both hand you a second bill that climbs every year, tie your house to a 25-year contract, and turn selling your home into a negotiation with a leasing company. Nearly every solar horror story starts with one. Our prepaid PPA is the opposite: one payment, no monthly bill, no escalator, 25% off the price on day one, and the system is yours at year six. Because it is already paid for, selling before then is simple â there is no payment for a buyer to take over.
Move the slider.Watch the swap.
This is the whole idea in one picture: you are already making a payment every month, it just goes to the utility and it never stops. Ownership financing moves it somewhere it eventually ends.

An estimate, not a quote. Real numbers come from twelve months of your usage, your roof and your utility — which is exactly what the free assessment produces. We build to about 140% of what you use today, with room for an EV or a heat pump later. What stays with the utility is a small monthly service charge.
The ones people are shy about asking.
Nothing comes out of your pocket at signing. The system is financed and the first payment starts after it is installed and running. It does not mean the system is free, and any company telling you it is free is selling you a lease.
There is a range of lenders and a range of terms, and we will tell you honestly where you land before you get your hopes up. If the numbers do not work today we will say so — our answer to a thin file is never to push you into a lease instead.
It adds to what your home is worth, and it transfers to the buyer in one line on the closing documents. A leased system does the opposite: your buyer has to qualify to take over someone else's 25-year contract before escrow can close, and plenty of sales have died right there.
Yes â pay it off whenever you like, with no penalty. Plenty of people do exactly that. Tell us the lender you are considering and we will get their payoff terms in writing before you sign anything.
No, and ours is better. The federal credit was money you waited to claim back from the IRS, and only if your tax bill was big enough. Our 25% comes straight off the price on day one â no forms, no waiting, no tax return required. Ask us whether you qualify and we will tell you on the call.
Not on an ownership loan — that is the entire point. The payment is fixed and it ends. The utility bill you are replacing is the one that goes up every year, forever.
Let's see your number.
Twelve months of usage, your roof and your utility — then a real price with the 25% Discount Program already in it. No obligation, and no pressure to decide on the spot.
