JOB TITLE: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Option One Solar is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our residential and commercial projects with our sales department.
To be a successful Inside Sales Rep, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive, while also being accurate. They should always be prepared, responsive, and willing to meet each challenge directly. Inside Sales Reps. must be able to communicate both verbally and written.
Our sales experts are expected to generate appointments for face-to-face meetings or web consultations from incoming leads inside the office by telemarketing and fielding calls while following the sales process guide. Our sales process is a step-by-step guide that ensures the customer's best interests are at hand. When this process is followed, your success is 50% higher than the industry standard of closed opportunities.
