Our story began in the Aerospace project, where our founder Jerry Thomas worked on fighter jet electronics while serving in the United States Air Force. After completing his military service he was recruited into the Apollo Space Program where he became an Electrical Supervisor.

Jerry subsequently spent 25 years with the City of Pasadena in the roles of Chief Electrician and Chief Electrical Inspector. Later, he served another 17 years with Edison Testing Laboratories (ETL) before leaving the public sector to focus solely on the growth of Option One Solar.
