By far the best choice out there for residential solar! I did a ton of research on different system components and contacted maybe a dozen different installers, and Option One was the only company I felt fully confident putting my trust into for... such a large and important purchase.The communication was great, and my sales rep Tracy was so accommodating and was always happy to answer any questions I had or bring them up to the right person if he didn't know the answer, and then actually follow up and get me the answer! Other companies just slowly stopped replying to calls/texts/emails, but not Option One. They followed through on everything.Esmeralda in finance was the sweetest and made the whole contract/financing process super easy to understand and put any and all concerns I had to rest. She was really on top of any little changes I requested and was also stellar when it came to communication and accommodating all my questions. Shout out to you Es!And I couldn't have asked for a better project coordinator, Natasha, who handled literally every aspect of the install from the moment I signed the contract. She's really good at her job, from coordinating the roofing work/permitting/installation/inspection flawlessly and always being available for questions and giving me updates. So glad she was assigned to my project.And the actual installation was a great experience. Brandon, Ian, and Andrew were super quick, efficient, respectful of the space, and always answered any of my questions or concerns during the (one day!) install. They let me hang out and watch at times, and were fun to chat with. Steven and Victor did the electrical work (I had a main service panel upgrade) and the finished product looks so organized and professional. Victor was very careful to make the new stucco look great and went out to get a paint color to match and it's basically flawless. All the installers really cared about the final product and went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of (too many things to list here, but they treated it like they were Installing on their own forever-home, which was amazing).The final product looks great, works like a dream so far, and I'm confident that if anything comes up in the future, Option One will be totally on top of it and get it sorted out quickly. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the company, people, process, or final product.Coming from a skeptic that probably does too much due-diligence and research, I'm really glad I made the choice to go with Option One after all. Don't hesitate to contact them, and be confident you'll get incredible customer service and results.
