NEM3 Donate Option One Solar

Thanks to a huge public outcry, we stopped the Solar Tax once.

Now the CPUC is back to the drawing board, and we need to make sure the Solar Tax is gone for good, and that we keep solar affordable for consumers, and the sun in the hands of the people.
